A folding shelf kit for the Pilote 696 and 740. It adds a neat shelf on top of your headrest flap, ideal for a coffee machine, phones, glasses, books or anything you want close to hand.

Handmade to order in our Somerset workshop in 19mm poplar plywood, finished in Oak laminate with Salisbury Elm edgebanding, a combination chosen to suit the Pilote interior. The back end is square and the front end is fully rounded.

Two sizes: 600 x 190mm for the 696, and 720 x 190mm for the 740. The shelf and upstands suit most Pilote layouts, so if you'd like a shorter shelf in a 740 the 696 size works too.

Folds out of the way: the shelf folds down to the left, so you can still get to the headrest tubes when you need to fit the rear travel headrests for passengers.

Replacement flap: if you'd rather keep your original factory flap untouched, so you can put the van back to standard in the future, add our Pilote replacement flap.

Upstands and gallery rail

Upstands are the metal posts the shelf sits on, 150mm tall. Choose silver or black to suit your interior.

Gallery rail is an optional slim rail, 38mm tall, fitted to the shelf so things can't slide off. It comes in stainless with silver upstands, or black with black upstands.
