Lead times

Nearly everything we make is made to order. Please allow 10 to 20 working days for manufacture before your order is despatched. Parts and accessories we hold in stock normally go out the next working day.

The delivery service you choose at checkout starts when your order leaves us, not when you place it. A next-working-day service on a made-to-order table top means the next working day after we have made it.

Delivery charges

We currently deliver to the UK mainland only. UK mainland delivery is £12.00. Orders over £150 are delivered free.

Some postcodes cost us considerably more to reach: the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. If yours is one of these we will contact you with the additional cost before we make anything, and you are free to cancel if it does not suit.

Collecting from the workshop

You are very welcome to collect from us at Heathfield, near Taunton. Choose any delivery option at checkout and we will refund the postage once you have arranged a time with us.

Outside the UK

We are not able to take orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom through this website at present. If you are outside the UK, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

If something arrives damaged

Please check your parcel over on arrival. If it has been damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the damage and email them to support@chippysworkshop.co.uk within 48 hours.
