Measurements are your responsibility
Made-to-measure items are cut to the dimensions you supply. We make what you tell us to make, and we cannot check it against your vehicle from here. Please measure twice, and if you are at all unsure, ring us before ordering rather than after.
Because these items are made to your specification, they cannot be returned unless faulty. See our refund policy.
Colours and materials
Laminate and edging colours shown on screen are a guide. Screens vary, and there is natural variation between production batches, so the finish you receive may differ slightly from what you see here. If an exact match matters, ask us for a sample before you order.
Our tops and shelves are made from FSC-certified lightweight poplar plywood, faced with high pressure laminate and edged with ABS.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken in full when you order.
We do our best to keep the site accurate, but if we discover a genuine error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before making it and you may cancel for a full refund.
Lead times
Lead times given on the site and by us are estimates made in good faith. We will tell you as soon as we can if something is going to take longer.
Delivery and risk
Goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us. Please see our shipping policy for lead times, charges and what to do if something arrives damaged.
Fitting
Our products are supplied for you or your fitter to install. We are not able to accept responsibility for damage caused during fitting, or for items fitted to a vehicle they were not made for.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
