Made to Order Products

Most of our products are manufactured to order in our Somerset workshop rather than picked from warehouse shelves.

Because of this, lead times can vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Current workshop workload
  • Bespoke options
  • Finishing requirements

As a general guide, most orders are dispatched within 5–20 working days.

I paid for next-day delivery, why hasn’t my item arrived?

The delivery speed you select applies once production is complete.

Most of our products are custom-made to order, so the courier service chosen at checkout refers to the shipping time after your item has been manufactured and dispatched from the workshop.

Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery services depending on the size and value of the order, including:

  • Standard courier delivery
  • Next-day courier services
  • Larger parcel services for oversized items

Please note that the shipping method selected at checkout refers to the courier speed after production has been completed.

Can I Collect My Order?

Absolutely. Customers are very welcome to collect orders from our Taunton workshop by arrangement.

Simply select standard delivery at checkout and we’ll refund the shipping charge when you collect.

Packaging

We take packaging seriously, especially with bespoke and fragile items.

Most products are carefully wrapped using:

  • Foam protection
  • Reinforced cardboard packaging
  • Corner protection where required

We want your order arriving in the same condition it left the workshop.

Extended Area Postcodes

Some UK postcodes fall into courier extended delivery areas. In these locations, FedEx applies additional surcharges, so we will often use Parcelforce or another suitable courier instead where this provides a more practical or reliable service.

Extended area postcodes commonly include:

  • AB31–AB38
  • AB41–AB56
  • FK17–FK21
  • HS1–HS9
  • IV1–IV63
  • KA27–KA28
  • KW1–KW17
  • PA20–PA78
  • PH15–PH50
  • ZE1–ZE3
  • Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41)
  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)

International Shipping

We regularly ship products internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on destination and parcel size.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged item

We’ll always do our best to resolve things quickly and fairly.
