Replacement Folding Table Top for Chausson X550 / X650

Introducing our custom-made replacement folding tabletop, designed specifically for the Chausson X550 and X650. Crafted to minimise footprint while maximising functionality, this lightweight, 27mm-thick poplar ply table is the perfect alternative to the high-cost OEM folding tables.

These tops are designed to work with folding table leg systems that support both leaves when opened.

Each tabletop is handmade to order in our Somerset workshop. We use a lightweight poplar ply core, finished on both sides with a durable high-pressure laminate and tough ABS edgebanding for long-lasting edge protection. Both size options feature four robust hinges to ensure solid support when unfolded.

Finish Options:
Available in two stylish laminate finishes:

• Textured grey concrete

• Satin light grey

Size & Corner Details:

• 850mm x 640mm (two 850mm x 320mm leaves): Features a 50mm corner radius on all corners—rounded whether folded or fully extended.

• 770mm x 640mm: Designed with square corners throughout for a more compact footprint, ideal for tighter spaces while still clearing the slide-out frame all around.

All these table tops come with 3 concealed hinges (not the 4 in the picture)
