Customer Supplied Designs & Copyright

From time to time, customers may supply sketches, templates, logos, artwork, measurements, or design ideas for bespoke products.

By supplying any files, images, logos, or designs to Chippy’s Workshop, you confirm that you either own the rights to use them or have permission from the copyright holder.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any supplied artwork, logos, brand names, or designs do not infringe copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Chippy’s Workshop cannot accept responsibility for unauthorised use of copyrighted material supplied by customers.

Printed & Bespoke Designs

Although we mainly focus on laminate and plywood products, we may occasionally agree to manufacture bespoke or custom-designed items using customer supplied artwork, CNC templates, or design files.

If we are ever unsure whether supplied content may infringe copyright or trademark rules, we reserve the right to decline the work.

Vehicle Manufacturer Logos

We do not claim ownership of any vehicle manufacturer names, logos, or trademarks referenced on this website. These remain the property of their respective owners and are used purely for compatibility or identification purposes.

Customer Templates & Measurements

Customers supplying templates or measurements remain responsible for checking accuracy before production begins.
