📦 Orders, Delivery & Production

How long will my order take to arrive?
All tabletops and shelves are made to order. Our current lead time is approximately 20 working days. If this changes due to workshop capacity, you’ll see a banner on the website or receive an update after ordering.

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, you're welcome to collect your order from our Taunton workshop. Please select standard delivery at checkout, and if you decide to collect, we’ll refund the delivery charge when you arrive.

Do you offer express or priority production?
We may be able to fast-track an order depending on material availability and current workload. Please get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, orders placed through the website are UK-only. For international orders, please contact us directly for a shipping quote. Once we move to Shopify, we plan to support EU and worldwide delivery with automatic customs and VAT handling.

Which couriers do you use?
We typically ship with FedEx for larger items, and Royal Mail or DPD for smaller parts. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

I paid for next-day delivery — why hasn’t my item arrived?
Delivery time refers to the shipping method after production is complete. All items are custom-made, so the selected shipping speed applies once your product is ready to leave the workshop.

🔧 Sizes, Customisation & Fitment

Can I request a custom size or shape?
Absolutely. Most customers use our online builder to specify their exact dimensions and shape — including rectangles, circles, and squircles (rounded squares). If you need something beyond the options shown, just get in touch.

What thickness options do you offer?
We offer:

• 15mm Birch Ply – Lightweight but solid, ideal for shelves and compact tables.

• 19mm Poplar Ply – Half the weight of birch and suitable for most tabletop applications.

• 27mm Poplar Ply – A premium option for larger or hinged tops, with a sturdy, high-end feel.

What’s the maximum size I can order?
We can cut up to 1220mm x 2440mm (full sheet size). If you’re unsure what will fit your van, we’re happy to advise.

Do you pre-install hinges?
Yes — we always fit hinges to hinged tabletops. Just enter your dimensions during configuration and we’ll take care of the rest.

🎨 Colours, Edging & Materials

What are the surface options?
We use high-pressure laminate (HPL) for a long-lasting finish. Choose from a wide range of matte, woodgrain, and solid colour designs.

What edge options are available?

• 15mm Birch Ply: Supplied with a durable knock-in PVC edging.

• 19mm and 27mm Poplar Ply: Finished with tough, colour-matched ABS edging.

Can I get a sample?
Yes — we offer free sample packs of surface and edging finishes so you can find the perfect combination for your camper’s interior.

Do the colours fade or mark easily?
Our surfaces are UV-resistant, stain-resistant and easy to clean. Using placemats and coasters will help keep them looking pristine for years.

Are your tabletops made from chipboard?
No, we only use high-quality sustainably sourced birch or poplar plywood, depending on your selection. These materials are strong, moisture-resistant, and ideal for use in campervans and motorhomes.

🧼 Cleaning & Care

How do I clean my tabletop or shelf?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Are the tops waterproof?
Our laminate surfaces are water-resistant and the edges are sealed, but they’re not designed to be fully submerged. Wipe spills promptly to preserve the finish.

🔁 Returns & Problems

Can I return my order?
As each item is custom-made, we don’t usually accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged. However, please get in touch — we assess each case individually.

What if my item is damaged in transit?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer replacements?
Yes — whether it’s a damaged item or a product that’s developed a fault, just contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
